DiNe @ KinsaHi

Hahhaa finally i  went for Kinsahi jor ... Mmm actually there is not very special restaurant but there is a Japanese Style. Okay, as i know not everywhere do have Kinsahi Branch and so far i just know they have few branches at Johor Bharu and one in Bukit Tinggi (Kuala Lumpur).

To dine at Kinsahi really Ng Gan Tan because i beg my dear to bring me there many times edy but he always giving me excuse that is too far from our house and dine at there quite expensive and bla bla @@ Ish....
However, last month he get quite a lot commission so that he willing to bring me there ....... I know he sayang me de blek =P (Tak tahu Malunya)

Hahha come back to Kinsahi here, this is the drink we order Orange with Milko @ Rm 4.90. Ok ok lah, quite expensive and small cup but the taste not bad =)

Next, My dear order Chicken Cutlet Bento @ Rm 17.90 .He say very delicious and the rice very Heung wor =.= Hahaha of course nice lah, u see the price also nice mah hahhaa....

Turn me, before we went to there actually i already do some research and search what is their Speciality and I'm found this, Spider King Ramen. But when this Ramen come to me , i really feel a bit disappointed because what i surf from NET and while the Ramen come to me definitely not SAME. Okay, already order and what i can do is accept loh. So obviously can see there is Tauge (Nga Choi) more than Ramen and its is not spicy at all. But But But ~ ~ while wanna finish then i only realize that actually its is spicy wan wor, how come ? u know why ? Actually the spicy Jeung is inside but i didn't mixture when i starting eat, that's why i feel so pelik how come not spicy wan but the menu stated its is a spicy Ramen. Ish wasting my Ramen =( So bad !!!! but i very like the spider king and actually its is a soft shell crabs lah and not really spider wan hahahha...

Last i order for this, Mini California Maki @Rm 9.90. Hahha really Mini size wan !!!! This picture a bit blur because rushing start meal and quickly capture only hahhaa.. This also not bad but compare with Sushi King, i feel that Sushi King more worth to eat, Rm 6 (if not mistaken).

Mmmm the Conclusion, satisfied with the Food and the environment so comfortable and the important wan there is not so noisy. Actually i not so like go for some restaurant which is noisy with on loud speaker and  because like that will make me uncomfortable and wish to quickly finish and cabut wan. Of course not so quiet also lah, later i scared ghost pulak hahaha....

So that night My bf spend about Rm 65 ++ for this meal included Services charges and Government Tax.
What i do at there just wink my eyes only and smile with him hahaha =) 

  

I rating for 7/10 for this Kinsahi. =)

HoMeMaDe SusHi By Us !!!

Today my post talking about " HomeMade SusHi By Us !!! "

As u know that my last 2 previous post talking about Japanese Food and Sushi also one of the Japanese Food too and I'm did love it so much ^^ Sushi not only my favourite and also my besties favourite too. Since we so like to eat Sushi then we plan to make Sushi on this day  27 August 2010 (last Friday,was a Selangor Holiday)

One day before 27 August 2010,  Me and TmT went to Sunway Giza to buy some Sushi's ingredients and buy lioa almost Rm 30++ and sure AA Zhai lah ><

Then the next day we went to Fee Vien house about 12pm and we start to cook sticky rice first which called as a sushi rice before we went for swimming. At here wish to talk about some swimming experience , I'm really happy that I'm finally can swim without any pelampung !!! Ya, really can after few times "Neraka Latihan" from Monster Vien & TmT, Finally that I'm can manage how to swim very well. Even though cannot swim very far but at least can swim well than last time. Thanks Besties !!!

Okay Okay come back to Sushi story..

After swim about 1 hour ++ and taking shower then we start to making sushi. 3 of us also got our own mission ; TmT cook rice from beginning , I'm fried Tempura Prawn and Scallop and Fee Vien cut the cucumber !!

Wah!!! really cannot waiting for it !!!

There is Fried Tempura Prawn, Fried Scallop, Crab Stick, Sushi Rice, Seaweed and Japanese Cucumber ^^

Okay before start to making roll sushi actually we non-stop to capture picture first and I'm always feel them so funny de loh. Always will give some pelik pelik pose hahaha

After we making roll sushi and done other sushi too. Before that actually we was headache how to make a shape for the sushi rice and we try many way example take tablespoon, jelly tray but all this not work and really feel little disappointed to make it edy !!! But so lucky that suddenly I'm try to use the plastic bag to make it and really WORK !!! Can make the shape !!! Yippee ^^

Again show off at here cis ***  Nvm lah at the end we could done a good job and all of us also puas hati with our creation  and actually while we making sushi roll we edy ate a lot !!! Wakaka then after finish roll the sushi left not much and feel full edy wakakakka....

JaPaNes3 FooD ^^

Actually nowadays I'm was headache about Financial problem again because start from next month I'm need to prepare almost Rm 1300 for my Revision Class, Advance Business Calculation Course and also Exam Fees. All the fees need to pay by end of this year Dec 2010. Fuh ~ how come sudden comes out so many fees wan ??? faint ****

Okay..I'm don't wish to think about it first because once i'm thought it then will feel heachahe and faint ** so what I'm need to do now is think of  MASAK !! Still remember last time when I'm was small like to play Masak Masak by using aluminium tin , candle and also pick a leaf from tree as a vegetable and cook it. (Do u have same experiance with me ???) Hehee so funny leh ?? That's is the entertainment for my childhood and I'm sure parents nowadays  wont allow their children to play such a dangerous entertaiment and rather to bought them a PSP, PC or some very high tech games. That is different between PAST and NOW !! Miss the time so much leh ^^

So now I'm thought to make Sushi  because wish to learn more about cooks and wish to make some delicious food for my family too. Mmmm I'm didn't make before and lucky got my besties  can guide me who is TmT (She say can teach me make sushi at my house) but don't know  she really know how to make or not so I'm trying to search some information at net and YouTube too. Finally I'm get it yeah yahoo yippee....BUT not Sushi was Japanese Food !!! Mmmm by looking few video at YouTube can know that Japanese Food not only nice but  healthy too YuMmY YuMmY . . . . . . . . .

Following are the Japanese Food I'm wish to make ^^

• Oyako Don (Steamed rice served with chicken, egg, vegetable, seasoned Japanese radish )  
• Omurice (Fried chicken rice wrapped with fried egg)
• Takoyaki (Japanese octopus dumpling balls)
• Katsudon (Tonkatsu deep fried pork and egg bowl)
• Yaki Gyoza (Fried dumpling)

Those are the Simple Japanese Food and i'm think should not a BIG problem for me to make it gua  kekekke....

But actually I'm planning to make sushi on  next Saturday with besties first  after that only think of those Japanese Food hehhehee....
