Do u like to u eat fried chicken ?? Roast Chicken or Grill chicken ??? Ya.. I'm sure everyone also like include me also wink**. But do u know that actually all this contain a lot of calories ?? Because all the sedap sedap fried need to use a lot of oil to goreng wan.
But after my mommy bought the Water Oven then i feel that we should not used oil to fried the food, Grill or Roast Chicken or pork !!! Why ??? Because chicken and pork already contain oil which is their fat so that when u put ur food inside this water oven then it will steam until the oil melt so that the chicken wont be so oily but is healthy grill chicken.
This is the Water Oven which is using water to steam the food.
I'm already put chicken wing and drumstick into oven without add any oil. I'm just apply some butter at the stain so that the chicken wont stick on stain after grill.
This is how the chicken wing and drumstick look like after put into water oven about 25 minutes. Seem so oily right ?? I didn't put or add any oil into chicken or oven. Just let it steam and melt the chicken fat. Can u imagine how terrible ??? without add any oil already look oily, so if use oil to fried it then will be more oily and high calories.
Turn over the chicken wing and grill more 5 minute before serving.
Ya..I'm not hard sale this water oven but just wanna let my friends know that reduce to eat so many fried because its contain high calories and this is not healthy food. Mmmm... yummy yummy... i go having my dinner first with grill chicken wing/drumstick. wink **
